Good location but very basic amnesties. There was no secure way to store luggage at the lobby which was a big inconvenience…they would put the luggage out in the open, accessible to anyone who enters the building (only camera surveillance). Bring your own slippers, or you’ll have to buy them at a vending machine.We were 3 adults and we only got 2 bath towels (ridiculous). The facilities were more like apartments then normal hotel.

The location is great! There are a lot of restaurants nearby. I also like the drying closet in the room. The room is very clean. The only downside is the check-in experience. There's only a kiosk and no staff. If you don't have a Korean phone number, you have to call them and they'll give you access to your room.

A beautiful hotel but…

I definitely liked this hotel as my room had a direct view of haeundae beach and it was very large, clean and easy to find. The only downside was the self check in kiosk. I was not sent a text message or a reservation number either on hotels.com, my email from the hotel or in the app. It meant I had to call up the number to ask for the reservation number which wasn’t ideal. I get the point of not having a check in desk but for situations like this that’s definitely why it’s needed
