This was my second time there in the past 3 months and I travel over 9 hours to go there. I checked and asked for a 1st floor room they were so accommodating for me. Thanks Again. Sometimes it does pay to ask.....Still another great stay.

We were in town for a junior golf tournament, Check in was easy, they helped me changed the TV from Spanish to English.
For the money you get what you pay for, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Positive-Room HUGE king suite, bed comfortable, lots of variety of pillows. People at counter very helpful.
Needs work- double lock on patio door. Tile missing in base of shower. Also just a little more variety of breakfast items.

Good place on a budget
Workers was very nice and friendly. Room was clean but the toilet wasn't bolted down good to the floor, not all USB ports was working due to no electrical outlet to plug into. Did find one roach crawling up the lamp on our 2nd night.The bed and pillows was very comfortable. AC worked great and so did the refrigerator. The pool was being filled in while I was staying here. Wasn't no big deal for me but if anyone looking to spend time in the pool, It's won't be here. Breakfast was fine. Only waffle, biscuits and gravy, fruits, yogurt and bagels. No eggs, oatmeal, apple juice or donuts in the 3 day stay. Was still a nice place to stay at on a budget.

Horrible experience!
Asked to sign no smoking clause then I found that my room had terrible odor. Will I be accused of smoking?
The door of my first assigned room was broke so had to accept a different room that had terrible odor. The swimming pool was out of order and had brackish water.
The overall experience was horrible!

The property (Motel) is old and the pool wasn't open party uncovered and the water green. An old abandoned building party fallen in. Tv remote wouldn't change channels,hair dryer not working, toilet was lose. I booked 2 rooms for our family. I asked if we could be on the same floor,I was told nothing was available , however it would have been easy for the clerk to honor my request and moved someone but wouldn't.

THERE'S NO POOL!!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT AN AMENITY!!!!
THERE'S NO POOL!!!!!!! Apparently, there's new management doing upgrades. One of the "upgrades" is filling in the pool with cement and converting it to a beer garden. A pool is listed as an amenity in all advertising but at check in I asked where the pool was and was told there isn't one. With hotels sold out (including Quality Inn Harrodsburg) that weekend, we went ahead and stayed.
The entry door for the room was on the exterior, making our room part of a motel, not hotel. I specifically book hotel rooms with an internal entry door, giving added security. Also, the peep hole on the exterior door was at least 6 feet high making it impossible for me (at 5' 3") to see who was knocking at the external door.
We were unable to operate the tv. The front desk clerk kindly made a special trip to our room to see if she could assist. One of the upgrades being done is replacing the old tv's. We were in a room where the new tv hadn't been installed yet. There was no signal to the tv, so we were basically out of luck. That is NOT the clerk's fault.

Only problem I had was that when I tried to check in my payment from Expedia had not been sent to the hotel (it had been deducted from my checking acct). After waiting in the lobby for 1 hour while staff tried to get Expedia to send the payment without success, I was told to just go ahead and cancel the room with Expedia and pay the hotel directly. Luckily I was only staying one night or else I would not have been able to do that. I ended up paying for the room twice. Have to wait 7-10 days before the refund from Expedia shows up in my checking acct, which is bad since I am a paycheck to paycheck worker. Hotel/room was clean. Would stay there again, but would not use Expedia to book with this particular hotel just in case there is an issue with payment again, esp since I was told the same thing happened with another person there a week prior (that they did not receive the payment from Expedia). Hopefully they get whatever the problem is sorted out soon. I haven't had this problem with payment not showing up from Expedia to other hotels in the past.

Not bad for the money
Super comfotable bed and recliner. Room initially had a smell because the aor wasnt on. All line s were clean ...but, made the mistake of pulliing off the sheet to look af the mattress. There was no protective covering on tje mattress ....it has some stories.

Very run down facility. When we arrived there were pitbull dogs (leashed) being walked through the hallway. Outside sliding glass window were lots of cigarette butts and the smell of urine. We came away with many bug bites; concerned they may have been bed bugs. We do NOT recommend this facility.
