The hotel had several major issues:
1. There were no slippers, toothpaste, or a refrigerator in the room.
2. There were no instructions in the room on how to contact the reception.
3. If we needed anything (such as an extra pillow or bed linen), we had to go to the reception ourselves to collect it.
4. There were no restrooms in the lobby or the breakfast area (in general, no restrooms on the ground floor).
In fact, I should have given the hotel two stars, but because of the polite and respectful behavior of the hotel staff, I gave it three stars.
