Too many annoying codes to find!

Check in codes arrived last minute causing stress. No staff, just a code to enter lobby, a code to enter room, a code to check out, each found in a different old email or message. Annoying amount of time standing outside doors searching for codes on your phone.

Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience

The amenities were very misleading. I selected pool and fitness center in the filtered search results and Kasa appeared as an affordable option. They are sneaky and have pool and fitness center listed in the amenities section to appear in more search results, but once you click into the section they state there is no pool or fitness center on-site. They say to get a membership at the YMCA across the street which was frustrating as I booked this rental for a pool and fitness center. The bathroom sinks took a long time to drain and some of the hand towels were stained orange.

Kasa Apartment.

Location was great. Apartment was dirty. There was a used contact in the sink a used fork on the bedroom floor. Long dark hair on the bathroom floor. The pull out bed had blood or something red splattered on the mattress. Game room was nice! Trip was good, we just had to clean upon arriving.

I have never had such an insulting travel experience. After checking in at Kasa, we were told to leave because they claimed Expedia hadn’t paid them. I spent 4 hours going back and forth between Kasa and Expedia, but in the end Kasa still kicked us out. Expedia was very helpful and quickly found us another hotel at no extra cost, but the treatment from Kasa was unacceptable and unprofessional. There was no on-site staff to assist us. I realized this is the difference compared to a hotel that offers true hospitality. The customer service was terrible and they didn’t know how to treat people.
