二つの枕のうち、一つの枕カバーが一度もかわってなかった。私の間だけなら構いませんが、もし前宿泊者からなら嫌です。 ２泊目の後、床の掃除ができていなかった。そういうことがあると、ここの掃除は大丈夫なのかしらと思ってしまう。 フロントの人は、電話応対、朝の問い合わせ、今後予約の問い合わせなどへの応対がどの方も丁寧で感じが良かったので、また泊まりたいという気にさせる。
