地氈好似已很多年都沒有更換，好舊。有煙味，好難頂，我買了一枝香氣噴霧，先可以消除啲難頂味道。有野咬，第一晚入時，查咗無比膏，果晚就無問題。不過，過兩日換咗床單之後，又有嘢咬我。住唔住，睇錢啦。

Hotel is falling apart! It is very dirty. Room was missing lights in the bathroom, no tissue, no garbage can, room phone didn’t work. Outside pool is filthy. The wall where it connects to the ceiling had gaping cracks. The smell was awful!

Never recommend this hotel, no matter the price

The entire facility was horrible. We checked in cautiously because there were vagrants wandering around and appeared to be checking to see where our room was. The furniture, bathroom, lighting, bed, etc. was very suspect. We would truly prefer to be refunded. We literally walked out of the hotel in less than 30 minutes of our arrival. This was terrible.

Dirty, old, dingy, smelly. Towels were paper thin. Only one lamp in the whole 2 room suite, very dark. No safety chain to latch on door. Smelled of old smoke, pillowcase on 2 of the 3 pillows only. Very disappointing hotel in Ann Arbor, expected better. Won’t stay again.

I've pictures to show how dirty this hotel is... I wish I could upload them. Possibly not vacuumed in months. Children crying coming fron various rooms, adults swearing from other hotel rooms. Trash under tv stand doors.

The facility is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and blankets because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets on the bed. There wasn’t a light or lamp in our living room. When we entered the room It was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the light on. There was a lamp in the bedroom but not in living room area. The staff was polite.

Threatening us and we ran out of the room

When we arrived the gentleman up front could not speak very much English when we walked down the hall towards our room the carpet was very dirty the woodwork there was blankets hung out through the hallway we peek behind one there was a shovel in trash there was a couple of those down through there we got to our room it was cold so we turn the heat up looked around look dirty we weren't happy but we had traveled all day so we went to go eat came back an hour and a half room was cold we went to go ask for another room because this one was dirty look like it had not been cleaned he was very rude to us it was a different gentleman this time said that he had just started that night but he knew all the rules and the walls of the hotel and knew how to work the computer pretty well told us that no matter what he was not going to change our room so we go back to the room and we are looking around at the dirtiness and we go into the jacuzzi part and there was a dead bug laying on the floor so I go back up to the desk to explain to this man this room has not been cleaned that somebody apparently have been living in this room there was a gentleman in the building that was drug raging through the hallways threaten me was beating on the doors I got down to the room told my fiance let's go we're not staying here the guy out here just scared me and it's dirty let's go when we come out of the room with our suitcase and bag the same person was raging back up the hallway but elevator and door

As disgusting a hotel as you’ll find!

When you first pull into the parking lot the first thing you see is an abandoned pool with green sludge and misc chairs in the bottom. The lobby is disgusting and the daily calendar still had the previous days date, it was 1pm. The carpets are stained and when I say carpets I mean all of the carpet on the 1st floor and 3rd floor where my room was. The room was no better. It smelled like smoke & the carpets were stained. All 4 pillow cases had black and or yellow stains on them. They provided one towel, not one of each sized towel but one in total. There was a lot of pubic looking hairs on the bathroom counter near the sink, it was clear nobody has wiped down that entire counter in weeks if not months. I reserved this dump for Friday and Saturday for the weekend of the ohio state Michigan game because hotels are scarce and expensive. I’d rather sleep in a homeless shelter. I left immediately. I briefly thought about speaking to management but thought to myself, they have eyes, they’ve seen what disgusting and unacceptable condition this murder motel is in, what’s the point. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING LIKE BLAKE CORUM RUNS AWAY FROM AN OHIO DEFENDER

The staff member Dawn is great and deserves to be a general manager. The hotel is gross! Vomit in elevator and whole hotel stinks. It’s nothing more than a homeless shelter full of odor and mold. Very out dated. Best rate in town for a good reason.

you get what you pay for

the room was freezing. the heating unit want even plugged in. molding on door frame of the elevator was coming off the wall and when we got in the room there was dental floss on the night stand between the beds.
