It was a wonderful special experience. It was better than the Marriot il stayed in a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised by the cleaniness, quietiness and very nice aura of the enviroment.

There were insects along the floor board. The shower curtain was nasty. I pulled it down so hopefully it hinted to change it bed sheets looked dingy. Bed was uncomfortable. Elevator smelled terrible.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was on point every day with trash and fresh towels. The laundry services were available and worked. These property owners put alot of work into maintaining the business.

Not at all what we expected.

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. It was obvious The minute we walked into the building that the smoking policy was not enforced. The room was musty with water stains on the ceiling and cigarette burns on our comforter. I am happy that we were able to cancel our reservation and get our money back from hotels.com. I've added pictures because from what is shown on the website the place looks fairly nice which isn't the case

Great to sleep there. It is a non smoking facility but you could smell smoke. No do not disturb signs for the door. Other than that we were fine sleeping there. Plus, pets stay free.

Poor housekeeping

When we first entered our room there was dog food near the trash can in the bathroom I'm assuming from prior guest. There were dried blood spots on both comforters on the beds. The wrapper of a bar of soap was on the floor as if the bathroom was never cleaned. Each day we had to swap out towels for ourself at the fromt desk. Our beds were only made one of the 4 nights we stayed. We were told they only do "that" once a week. We will never stay there again.

Website offered continental breakfast. All i got was a small cup of coffee. They gave us a 20% off voucher for breakfast at Waffle House and told us in was in walking distance. We walked up the hill to find out you have to cross a major 6 lane highway to get to it!
