Lovely family time at the resort. The check in process was smooth and they allowed us to do so early as well, which was appreciated as we were travelling with an infant. Even though Holiday Inn Batam Resort is located outskirt from the city, we were impressed with the serenity and spacious environment; whether indoor or outdoor. Unfortunately, daily room cleaning was missing during our stay. Morning breakfast is excellent.

Please take this as constructive feedback, not a complaint. We first stayed here in June 2025 and returned in September 2025. In June 2025, our room had soap dispensers on top of small bottles of body wash and shampoo. In September 2025, our room had no dispenser. Not sure if only some rooms have dispensers, or if it wasn’t installed in ours. All in all the service is fantastic
