The staff was amazing, helpful and great communication. Both desk people were awesome, they made requests very easy. The rooms could have been cleaner, but the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They definitely made the trip better. It was a very busy weekend in Chico for the family weekend so they were completely booked. Great restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Walking to downtown Chico was easy and comfortable.

Some of the clientele was very questionable. The employees were all very nice and even had to intervine with questionable tenants. The location was great for my needs. Next time I'll try the place across the street or around the corner. The door jambs on some of the rooms look like the door had been kicked in, door was fine, but the jamb leaves a question of what happened.

Really great front desk staff. The young man who was a Chico state student was great 10/10. Room was not super clean & it was dated....but what can you expect? Definitely a budget hotel. You can walk to campus within 15 minutes, downtown in 5. Great location
