The towels that were given were very old. Found a cockroach near the bed and it met its end right there. Staff was friendly and location was good, close to the mercado and center, just wish there was more affordable parking options nearby

Carpet not cleaned Bathroom dirty and old Needs to Paint Old pillows Doors banging all night long Great hot water but shower head too old leaks all over the bathroom.

It was the day of the dead weekend. Nothing else was available so we stayed here until we had other options. It has a bed and a shower/ restroom. It was either this or sleep in the street, so we opted for the stay but I would never stay here again if I had another option. On a positive side, it was dirt cheap and the staff were ok.

The room was different than expected from the pictures sown on the website. If you only need a bed to sleep, this is OK, but definitely not a cozy relaxing place. The property could be kept better. Staff was friendly.

Do not stay at this property. The place was filthy, sheets were with stains, bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. This place looked like it was used by the hour for prostitution and drug users. Some of the natives told us they were glad we didn’t spend a night in this place as they feared for our lives.

You get what you pay for. Great price at a price. Very small, old. Towels rough, shower hardly had any presure, bed old too. No a/c although not needed at this time of year. Very noisey. No parking.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed at. More like a house turned into a cheap hotel. Noisy, no parking available, bad TV and WiFi signals. The shower was on top of the toilet (no joke). No daily cleaning. Photos were deceiving. You can’t contact them directly before your arrival and even Expedia couldn’t get in touch with them. Avoid!

Room was far from what was advertised. The bathroom was worn down and mold was visible in numerous places. Lots of loud noises during the night made sleep hard and interrupted. Little sense of security. There were motorbikes parked inside the hotel and people eating right outside rooms.

Este hotel es solo para emergencias. Nos quedamos ahi porque de plano no encontramos alojamiento en la semana de festejos de dia de muertos y aun asi no lo vendieron como hotel de 4 estrellas... El hotel es viejo, habitaciones super sofocadas donde no ventila el aire me asaba por las noches... Camas terribles hasta me lastimaron la cadera al dormir... Fue una estancia muy pero muy incomoda y la regadera que me toco tenia una ventana quebrada y tuve que poner una sudadera para tapar el hoyo. En fin... La ventaja es que el hotel esta muy centrico y te puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares y spots del centro historico muchisimas buenas opciones para comer, los mejores mercados para comprar y comer comida riquisima estan muy cerca. Ahhhh y no aceptan pago con tarjeta asi que considerenlo....

Solo el baño muy sucias las paredes nos tocó la 356 y me daban ganas de ir por pinol para limpiar esas paredes, las cobijas muy duras mejor poner una sábana TMB para q no se sienta lo roñoso de la cobija, pero el personal muy amable, nos trató bien

El hotel en sí es un vejestorio mal cuidado y administrado las sábanas arrugadas los cobertores rasposos las toallas percudidas y rotas el colchón horrible se siente los resortes del colchón lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación 100% no recomendable
