Everything worked perfectly, service was fine and the hotel enforces free parking with providing you a proper parking permit to stay. They also allow you to access the bike path which you’ll need to unlock with your room card that the hotel offers you as well that allows you to meet with all of the hotel accommodations they have for their hotel guests. This hotel is located conveniently off of garden highway which leads to traveling around Sacramento safely. It’s next to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attractions.

This hotel was really clean but the area was pretty sketchy. My bathroom had a giant burn mark on the counter and there was a lot of weird people hanging around. The room itself was very clean and the staff was nice. It was just hard to feel safe as a solo female traveler, especially since the hotel doors are all exerior (like a motel).

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, with cobwebs and dust on the walls and ceiling. The carpet was so filthy. When I removed the trash bag from the garbage can, the can itself was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower curtain had no liner and was too short for the tub, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. I booked this room for a seven-day stay with the expectation of being able to cook. However, the necessary kitchen items were not provided in the room. When I requested them, I was told the hotel did not have enough available. I was assured that additional items would be set aside for me once they arrived, but that never happened. During my stay, I noticed guests who checked in after me receiving items that I was still missing. While the staff was polite, their responses often felt reassuring without any follow-through. The property itself was generally acceptable. It was quiet at night, and I did see a security guard patrolling during the overnight hours. However, there was dog waste throughout the property, especially in the grassy areas where I walked my dog, which was unpleasant and unsanitary.

This has been the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. It was dirty, the lights were falling aparte the kitchen had nothing, my room weren’t available I traveled with kids and they put me in separate buildings.
