Everything was fine. My biggest complaint is housekeeping waking me up at 930 am. I had my do not disturb sign out on the door for a reason. I work nights. Surely there were other rooms to clean at 930 am....

Missing a few amenities

Wi-Fi didn't reach our floor. We had to take our computers to breakfast on the 1st floor. A cup in the bathroom would've been nice. The pool and hot tub weren't functioning. Another guest reported bedbugs. We did a thorough check and did not appear to have them in our room.

I was appalled when the girl checking us in talked on her phone with ear buds in the entire time she was checking us in. And in her native language of India. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful! I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is in serious need of some maintenance. Broken tiles in elevators and dining area carpet so sticky my shoes stuck to it. Yuck!

Small not for 5 people

I booked a room for 5 people, and it only had 2 very small queen beds, no sofa bed. It said it accommodated 5, but with 2 beds thats not possible. Ended up leaving a day early and didn't get a refund for the second night.

Decent budget hotel, dont expect high end

The hot tub was walled off closed. It was a big reason we chose this, so that was a disappointment. Also, they seemed to put all dogs on the same floor, because there was a loud barker on the other side of our room

Second time we stayed here and both times were unable to get picked up at airport by shuttle...no driver available is what we were told. Very inconvenient at midnight and after we paid for the stay and fly.

We came to Minneapolis to see the Red Sox vs. the Twins. I’m a huge Red Sox girl. Ive stayed at La Quinta before and have experienced the same great atmosphere with kind staff.

Had to change rooms, first one had mold on bathroom ceiling. Exaust vent did not work. Overcharged for room, had to get them to fix bill. Ran out of meats on breakfast bar. But on up side second room was good except for the vent not working.

Mid week check out

This hotel needs to be crumbled and built from the ground up. My room looked like it I was in the middle of repair. The tub leaked, the lamp shade had tears, the tv leaned, and the WiFi was unavailable. This hotel is perfect if you are almost out of resources but you desperately need an affordable place to stay. I left three days into my 7 day stay.
