Room was clean. However, we booked a 2-bedroom suite for our family and checked in online 24 hours prior. Upon arrival, room was no longer available. We were offered two adjoining rooms instead. After I agreed to the change, I was told they no longer had adjoining rooms either. (This was at 5pm, so not at all late in the day). We were given two separate smaller rooms, so my husband and I had to split up and each take a kid with us. The pool and hot tub were closed due to construction. The hot breakfast advertised was also not available. We were told “come in the morning for a grab and go breakfast, we will have lots of options and you can take as much as you need” but in the morning we were handed a small juice box and a mini box of Frosted Flakes (they did not have milk, coffee, fruit, etc) and told that’s all they had because “the girl in charge of ordering forgot to do it”. While the room was clean and comfortable, we were highly disappointed that none of the amenities we booked this hotel for were provided. It was very unorganized and poorly run. We were not offered any compensation for the lack of room availability or lack of amenities.
