Quartos modernos e de bom tamanho, com excelentes comodidades. Roupa de cama excelente, mas as toalhas eram bem inferiores, ásperas e uma delas até estava furada. A cama era um pouco mole, mas não prejudicou o sono. O wi-fi era bom. O banheiro era amplo e bonito, com um box grande e o banho muito agradável. Porém, a porta do banheiro de correr, no estilo fazenda, não isola o ambiente. Toda a equipe foi sensacional! Desde a recepção até as arrumadeiras, foram gentis, atenciosos e proativos em garantir nosso bem estar e atender às nossas necessidades. O estacionamento é cobrado à parte, o que é comum na região. Certamente voltaremos!!!

Very comfortable king bed with good pillow. This is my 2nd time stay at 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Showers are clean. Rooms is quiet. Staffs are very helpful. Secured parking is not over priced. Kitchen is also good except funny have scissor and wine bottle opener. Very close to city to walk by, plenty of restaurants around there Highly recommended.

Hotel in quiet end of town. 20min walk to Southern Cross Station. Hotel clean & well presented. Rooms well laid out with washing machine/dryer & cooking facilities. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Friendly staff. Easy (& cheaper than most places) parking.

High expectations but disappointed

After looking at many options online it appeared MCAH was an attractive option for our city stay and we were quite excited to stay here. The reality was we were a bit disappointed in the actual experience. While the location and service was outstanding, the hotel was definitely showing signs of wear and tear, and some nights were horrendously noisy from other guests staying. We had a 2bed apartment with a massive outdoor terrace, kitchen facilities, super comfortable beds and a tv each room which allowed everyone space to chill and watch different movies and sport when having downtime. The downside - blocked shower, damaged walls, adjoining apartment neighbours shouting, screaming, slamming doors and thudding floors on a couple of nights all at least till 1.30am. Also two false fire alarms in one night. Other than that quiet and comfortable but probably won’t be back

Its close to public transport, loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, great design, they allowed an early check in and allowed is to store our bags for free. They also upgraded us to a better room which was lovely! The check out process was smooth.
