Quick check in process. Our room was very clean, comfortable pillows, good sized bathroom and the view was quite nice. Although I didn’t use the pool, I found the area very relaxing if you want to just hang out and relax at night or early in the morning. Location is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. In addition, lobby was well decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Thank you to the Night receptionist

I would like to thank you the night receptionist who did an outstanding job. My room on the 8th floor was noisy from the air con, but also from the neighbors (walls are quite thin). The night receptionist very quickly supported my change of room into the 11th floor, which was the same but extremely quiet. It was extremely efficient, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep. For that reason, I would like to highlight the great help and the professionalism of this receptionist. Thanks again!!

The time spent at Ozo was wonderful. The room is spacious and bright with the light colored furniture and carpet. The infinity pool on the 22nd floor is a great relieve from the heat and crowds after walking around and discovering George Town. The breakfast buffet is strongly oriented towards savory dishes and not so many options for a more western style breakfast apart from sweet pastries and very little yoghurt. I had a hard time to stomach the hearty breakfast. I missed the sustainable promise of not changing the towels daily. We left the towels to dry on the hook, yet the towels were refreshed daily. Not really a necessity and kind of waste. Yet overall we were very happy with choosing Ozo and it made our sty in George Town a very pleasant one. Just a block from all the touristic hotspots but away from the crowds!

Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons.
