I had an awesome stay! The apartment was in a great spot, and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. I loved that we pretty much had the pool to ourselves most of the time — such a nice bonus. The dedicated parking spot right by the apartment was really convenient too. Cleaners were working on the room more than 45 minutes after stated arrival time (not an early check-in). Interior hallways and stairs were dirty and there was a general state of disrepair in the unit/building. Most significantly, the room had no operable windows, which is a hazard both for egress and ventilation. The interior of the unit had shelves that were falling off the wall, electrical plugs that didn’t work, and sections of drywall that needed significant repair. The rooftop area was a much needed space to get fresh air, but the lock to the door was half removed and the advertised fire pit had no attached propane tank. It is clear the owner either has not been to the property recently and has a negligent manager, or is predatory and knowingly renting a unit that is unsafe for both short and long term occupancy.

The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever and it could have also just been some one who was staying there temporarily. I would definitely stay again though!
