Check in was simple and the Desk staff were very friendly efficient and informative. The room was clean and spacious. Besides bed and bedside tables, the furniture included a nice desk, a built in suitcase rack, a coffee maker, a microwave and a small fridge and freezer. There was also about a 50 inch TV and a comfortable lounging chair. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. There were both day shades and black out shades. The bathroom was large and had plenty of towels. The water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 AM and was really nice. There was a range of hot and cold options from dry cereal to two kinds of eggs, pancakes and danish. There was also fruit and yogurt. Coffee was included and there was water and a few other kinds of juices. If you leave this breakfast hungry, it is your own fault! Check out was as easy as check in with a great morning desk staff on duty. We would definitely stay here again. Oh! As a matter of fact we already DO have a reservation to stay again. If you are in this area and need a nice hotel that will take good care of you, please try this one! You will not be disappointed!

The kindest staff ever! Marilyn, the breakfast attendant, is an absolute sweetheart and my whole family was sure to hug her before we left. Carl was a great face to greet us when we got there from a long flight, and again each night as we returned to the property. I asked the staff what made the place feel like a warm hug, and they credited the owner, Mr Patel. Thank you, Mr Patel, for creating such a warm and welcoming home away from home! In addition to excellent staff, the hotel is clean, well cared for, offers a great breakfast, and is centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was immaculate! Our family stayed here on a Saturday night. It was easy to find from the highway, parking was adequate and free, and the staff member who checked us in was efficient and friendly. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with two beds and a sleeper sofa, which they provided the sheets/blanket for in one of the cabinets. I appreciated that they are more eco-friendly by using refillable soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom instead of single use bottles or bars. They provided k-cups in the room with caffeinated and decaf coffee, which were both tasty, and they also had grind-to-brew coffee available in the lobby at all times. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the couch was fine, and the A/C unit was quiet enough that it didn't wake up a very light sleeper in our party when it switched on/off overnight (full disclosure: we did have a sound machine on). The breakfast that's included was delicious - we particularly enjoyed the warm cinnamon buns and mini cheese omelets. The staff working the breakfast bar - I believe her name was Marilyn - was friendly and wonderfully patient with our 5-year-old when he asked her many, MANY questions. If we need a hotel in this area again, we will 100% stay here again and will bring our swim gear to make use of the pool next time!

The hotel was extremely clean and modern. We were unable to get the in room safe to work. Unfortunately, maintenence staff is not available after 3:00 PM which is the earliest you are permitted to check in. That males no sense for new arrivals to not be able to get something fixed. Other than that, we recommend the hotel.
