Moral of the story pay the difference to stay in a much better hotel! Everything is out of order and the rooms could use an upgrade. I’d like to say at least the beds were comfortable until I woke up and found cockroaches in the bathroom! Nothing was good about this stay! My kids and I go in late and were just tired from traveling, the man at the desk was very friendly and professional but informed their elevator was out of order, as late as it was I had no choice but to accept that, he put us on the 3rd floor, mind you I am disabled but can take my time and just wanted to sleep. The room was very interesting. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, no lotion, the cheapest shampoo and bar soap you could find, the thinnest crunchiest toilet paper but to make it better the stained dirty carpet that turned the bottoms of your socks black! There’s some sort of dried substance on the ceiling, and in the bathroom, looks a little like blood to me. We weren’t here long so I just wanted to make it work for the night but waking up to cockroaches is what made this the worst place to stay. The guests that stay here are very questionable as well, definitely some working girls stay here with their multiple clients so that was also fun to see.
