This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning crew in the first floor. Second shift was great too but we had more communication with early shift. The food was good too, everyday morning, afternoon and evening. The beach super close just a block away, stores, dining, the piers to do the tours wasnt far. This location was the best option. The only thing that I didnt or we didnt like is that they close the pool too early at 6:30pm and bars at 12midnight. Other than that I recommend 100%

Super recomendable volvería otra vez, sin pensarlo el servicio recibido, la amabilidad de los trabajadores a los clientes me pareció excelente. Las comidas son deliciosas. Lo mejor de todo es que todo es incluido. Y te dan el privilegio de comer antes de hacer check in y después de hacer check out. Me pareció super seguro siempre están pendientes de quien está hospedado en este hotel. Yo le doy 5 estrellas.

Nos hospedamos em um quarto no sexto andar (lado par), que infelizmente não oferecia vista para o mar. A janela era fixa e, como o clima na região é bastante úmido, o ambiente apresentava cheiro de mofo sempre que retornávamos ao quarto — algo bastante desagradável. A estrutura do hotel em si é boa, mas alguns aspectos deixaram a desejar. O serviço de quarto é bastante limitado, com um cardápio restrito. O atendimento no bar variou bastante: em alguns momentos fomos bem atendidos, em outros tivemos que esperar muito e lidamos com certa falta de cordialidade. A comida do buffet segue a mesma linha — razoável, mas nada que impressione. Em resumo, a experiência foi mediana. Há potencial, mas o hotel precisa melhorar pontos importantes para proporcionar uma estadia mais agradável e consistente.

My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels. All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This is the worst stay at a resort I have ever had. I hope this helps everyone, because I was very excited to stay at another Grand sirenis branch and was very happy with ny previous locations. I paid for an upgraded ocean view room, it was dirty, it smelled, it was leaking un Der the sink and the washer was not draining to the point the water was coming out the shower. No customer service, everyone was rude, I did not feel welcoming. At the food or bar area I felt like I did not want to order anything due to their attitudes!!! I wanted to no be at the Hotel any longer and just ate out the whole time and did not even want to be in the hotel. They did offer to move us but then this is such an inconvenience after everything is unpacked and you have limited time - this was honestly so disappointing and would not believe any of the rating they say here.
