They have an employee/ staff problems. The only employee who was helpful was new and had to call a manager when another, off the clock employee was in my room “having fun” with her partner. Got upgraded and asked for late check out but ran late to my event that night. The following morning an employee knocked on the door and stated I was going to charged for a second night. I will never stay at this property again unless under necessity.

The battery for the thermostat was expired as indicated by the flashing icon battery on the thermostat screen; and 2. the internet was not operational even though we could connect to the router but the router was not connected to an internet provider.

There are no towel bars in the bathroom while the cleaning service is every 3 days. The shampoo and soap dispensers were not refilled. No clothes rack, no hangers. Mediocre breakfast. Those are minor inconveniences and I wouldn't mind at $100. But when the hotel charges $200, I expect the details to be attended to.

The parking area was very small. There was a large storage container taking up some of the spaces so there were none available for late arrival. There are only 2 electrical outlets in the room. One at the bed nightstand and one at the bathroom sink. No phone charger plugs/USB outlets at all. The coffee pot was very dirty. I had to clean it with a rag. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just old and in bad need of a remodel.
