Front desk staff are friendly and pleasant. The housekeeper is not, she looks very angry and her conversations on the phone were not pleasant. This is a much older hotel that looks like it was updated. However, it is very dirty and run down. The bathroom looks like it’s falling apart - everything is there is dirty, door needs to be replaced -cracked, falling apart, shower sliding doors dirty, fixtures need updating. Cabinets need updating. Need a Mini fridge and new Keurig. I made coffee in it and it tasted disgusting. I stayed at a different hotel same chain last week in Miami and it was totally different from this one. This one needs to step up its game. Low ceilings and dark in the hallway. Moldy smell. Windows were bad. Window treatments were bad. I won’t be staying here for business in the near future.
