We have stayed here many times and it is always a wonderful experience. All of the cabins are cozy and clean. Great for a family trip or couples. The cabins have a small kitchen and family room area to hang out in as well as cozy lofts. Bobby Sue is always so helpful each stay! We will definitely keep coming back!

We loved our stay! The cabin was so cozy. Very convenient to some fun local places including Pollys Pancakes, The Rocks Christmas Tree farm for a wonderful hike, the Robert Frost home, Rek-Lis, Super Secret ice cream, Iron Furnace Brewery, and the Franconia art walk.

Excellent communication with Front desk staff explaining all details of the stay with directions. We even got an upgrade to a Cabin. The cabin was clean, facing the lake with great mountain views. The cabin was comfortable for 2 people with a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Octber during Fall foliage season. The staff and front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy.We were able to come and go as we please. We can't wait to go back next year. We definitely recommend this resort.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was immaculately clean with all of the amenities for a multiple days stay. We only booked one night and wished that we had planned to stay longer to take advantage of the local hiking options. Littleton is a darling town a mere 5-minute drive away.

We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.

We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures.

Bobbi Sue was so helpful and put us in a pond side cabin. My only complaint was the size of the shower. I’m not a large sized person but it was snug. Otherwise absolute dreamy location.
