Basic Room - Great Location

Room was very clean! There were no amenities, no fridge, no coffee maker..very basic room. The pool was great and so were the staff. The location is very convenient to restaurants and a nice beach walk.

Great service ans location. The hotel was clean and pool was lovely! Across the street from playa Martí - 10 minute bus ride to playa mocambo and 20 minute walk in either direction to many other beaches. The food choices are plentiful as well. Wonderful place to stay.

The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and the cleanliness was terrible there were some hairs in the bathroom as well as next to the bed. Also the sheets, towels and mattresses were extremely old. The walls were pealing off. I just do not recommend this place. The only good thing I like about this hotel is the location and the view from the room (if you get ocean view).

Reservé varias habitaciones para mi familia y una Habitación extremadamente pequeña y no servía el clima y se inundó porque llovió, otra no tenía clima, otra estaba muy encerrada no tenía ni una ventana. Se solicita apoyo en recepción y no lo dan se tardan mucho en atender no lo recomendamos.
