A relaxing stay

What a great view from the hotel! Free shuttle bus between train station and hotel. Great keiseki dinner and a good selection of buffet breakfast. We had a private onsen in our room, and it was great. You can even set the temperature you want yourself. There is no shops near the hotel, but there is a shop in the hotel itself which sells the basics, so no complaints.

焼津の駅からも近く、ホテルは焼津漁港が一望出来て気持ちいいです♪部屋も綺麗で広さも丁度良い広さ！バスルームが無い部屋もあるので、予約時に確認してます。温泉は8階にあり眺めは最高。温泉は塩っぱいですねー ディナーも朝のバイキングも美味しく頂きました♪スタッフの方の対応も親切！！ リピートしてます♪

とにかくサービスが酷すぎる

チェックイン時は優待内容を把握しておらず、何度も確認しに奥に消えて待たされた上に、説明も不十分で、チェックアウト時に想定外の請求をされました。 夕食時は、サービスが驚くほど酷かったです。 料理の説明は全くなし、ドン！と音を立ててお皿を置かれたり、持ってきたガラスで他のお皿をどかしたりと、サービス以前にマナーの問題レベル。 配膳人不足のためか、料理の提供も遅いし、何よりどれも美味しくない！！ 極め付けはデザートで、バイキングよりも小さなひと口サイズの、桜とネーミングのついた緑色の何か甘いものが提供されました。 翌朝の朝食もしかり。ふにゃふにゃのベーコンなど、どれもイマイチな料理が20-30種類あるのみ。 唯一、建物は古いですが内装はリノベーションされて綺麗だったのは良かったです。

wihiを登録し、入れても、私がwihiのセキュリティの契約をしてる為か、安全ではありませんと出てすぐ切れてしまい、wihiが使えなかったのが残念でした。 料理は、とても美味しく工夫されていて大満足です。 夕飯は、豪華過ぎて食べ切れなくて申し訳無く思いました。
