This hotel is undergoing renovations and does not look like the pictures nor was there any mention of renovations. The staff was as supportive as they could be but the room/ bathroom was dirty, their was not a hair dryer (even when requested), the TV didn’t work, and there was no phone to call the front desk. I attempted to call the hotel many times the morning/ afternoon before arriving for our stay and no one answered. I’m not certain that there is a phone there. We booked it last minute and picked whatever was cheapest so I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant but I would have liked to

Room lack many amenities that a budget hotel should have, like only one bed pillow. When i awakened in the morning i saw several bugs on the floor that scattered to the base boards. I was able to kill one and i brought it to the staffs attention upon checking out. I was told that the hotel is going through a renovation and the clerk at the desk said he would tell the manager. took none of my contact information. it seemed clear this was not the first time that had had this compalint. Very disappointing.

The while room had a very strong smell of detergent, literally someone juat poured the bottpe on the floor and didnt use water. When i ask the front desk for a mop they said they'll bring one up but never did, so i ended up having to cleaning it up myself which took 4hrs. Then the A/C sound like a lawnmower. The room had a kitchen but they charged extra for pots and pans. Then they had contractors go into my room to install fire alarms, after word left dry wall dust all over my room and bed so i had to clean that up myself. Then the power goes out for two todays. And when ever i ask to speak with the manager he was never there. Even for the times the front desk said he'll be in. And they dont even pick up there phones when i call. DON'T STAY HERE!

Yea just not a great qaulity hotel. The alarms throughput the entire building woke me up like 5 different times throughout the night. The night morning i woke up to one of the guys that runs the place in my room waking me up to ask me if i could do them a favor and leave so new people could come in but it was 9AM I WAS SO MAD! check out is 11am and it said that in the contract i signed!! I am beyond upset at this place. . And it stinks and things are falling apart

Please do not stay here if you value your safety. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are broken down vehicles, busted out windows on cars, homeless people, inebriated and hard drug users in and outside of the property. We had 5 guys casing vehicles as we unloaded all of our stuff out on the cart. People watched what numbered room we entered, it was inner city scary. I am a woman, and I felt like I was the next to be taken never to be seen again. Someone screamed and ran above our room one night, seemingly was tackled to the floor; then no noise was heard from it again. The staff were friendly, the room clean, everything else...run.

This hotel is a joke...sink broken, no shower curtain, bathroom door lock broken, dog poop everywhere outside, fire alarm kept going off, kitchen with no dishes, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, laundry room had water all over the floor, hotel under major renovation so everything tore up. Not a good experience at all.

There is no breakfast, only bad coffee and it is usually empty by the time you get to it (they will not refill the pot once its gone). The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The shower hose had a huge break, spraying water everywhere and there was plastic bags tied around it to try to stop the spraying (it didn't help). I told the front desk and nothing was done. The bathroom sink faucet was not secured and wobbled when trying to turn it on. The whole place was not clean: the bed frame and counters had not been properly wiped off, there was little pieces of plastic trash left on the table and along the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom. There where two large, half empty bottles of juice left in the fridge. There were no wash clothes and the tv didn't work either. The staff is friendly but ineffective. I know "you get what you pay for", and they are "renovating", but that is no excuse for not cleaning a room before a guest checks in or having properly functioning plumbing. The positives: the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels seemed new. Notes: if you stay for more than five days, they do provide a one time cleaning but its only on Wednesday. Also, the stove top is conduction only so you have to have a special pan or cast iron if you want to be able to cook.
