Incredible! As a female traveling solo, I super appreciate this safe, central location, just across from the Sphinx entrance to the pyramids. The vews from the rooftop are pixture-perfect, breakfast was great, and staff greeted me and were so welcoming though I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel rooms are on the 4th / 5th floor, be aware there is no lift We booked the hotel because of the view of the pyramids, and you certainly will not be disappointed with the view from the top floor and breakfast balcony We had seen reviews regarding the cleanliness of the stairs up to the hotel, and they are dirty, but the hotel floors and area is clean and well kept The staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful, particularly Mourad who met us on arrival, and was around if we needed help with anything The streets surrounding the hotel are very dirty but that could be said for most of Cairo that we saw, although we were often approached by locals asking if we needed help, we never felt unsafe in the local area It is a 2 minute walk to the entrance to the pyramids, and a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and there are local cafes and restaurants in the area Back to the view, we stayed over New Year, which was an incredible evening, all the hotels have there own fireworks, parties and music, with a back drop of the pyramids, absolutely sensational Thank you Mourad for your help during our stay

Great location within walking distance of the Pyramid ticket entrance. The terrace and room offer an incredible pyramid view, and the staff were very friendly. Be aware that rooms are on the 5th floor with no elevator. The room lighting was very dark, no soap was provided, and we had to use shampoo as hand wash, which left our hands very dry. Although the room and hotel floor were clean and nice, the building entrance and shared staircases (2nd and 3rd floors) were dirty, muddy, and cluttered with garbage, spilled food, and rolled carpets. Despite these issues, the stunning pyramid views from the terrace and room made up for the negatives.

The staff was very nice and helpful, food was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cleaned our rooms very fast, drivers and tour guides were available at the hotel as well. Entrance to the pyramids is right across the street from the hotel, and a beautiful rooftop view of the pyramids and sphinx, I would recommend this hotel.

Best view ever for the pyramids of Giza , the staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good and tasty , sound and light show is wonderful from the rooftop The tickets office just 50 M from the hotel but we prefer to explore Cairo with hotel , they provide us with super tour guide Mo and Excellent driver Hamada Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

What an amazing place! The roof top is just incredible and the allows you to enjoy the view on the Pyramids and the Sphynx. You can even attend the night show (7pm) from the hotel. We had a heartwarming welcome by the staff. They were really keen to help us. We advice you to take a tour to visit the neighbourhood (and the Pyramids!) and the hotel staff will support you for that with a very high quality service.

One week before my check-in I was in Cairo already and visited the hotel to see the accommodations. I was told by the manager that I could not see because there was no rooms available to show. I reinforced that I had a reservation for the next week and would be there late. He said that was ok and I would have my room ready when. Guess what? I got there on my day of check in 2am and they told me they have no rooms available, even tough I have a paid reservation, and I should cancel my reservation and find another hotel at 2 in the morning. Are you going to take a risk? I would not.

ホテルの看板がないので、ホテルをさがすのに苦労しました。宿泊料金はすでにクレジットカードで払っているのに、現金で支払えと要求せれ、35ドル払いました。このホテルの紹介の写真は、まったくの偽物です。廃屋のような牢屋のようなホテル。近くに乗馬の学校があり、ホテルの前の道を馬が通ります、そのため道は馬糞まみれ、匂いもきつい。部屋は狭くベッド室内灯があるのみ、これほどひどいホテルは初めてです

Nous souhaitons remercier Mohamed le manager de l’hôtel ainsi que toute son équipe qui nous ont très bien reçu et qui nous ont accompagné tout au long de notre voyage en Egypte. Ils sont très accueillant, accessible et bienveillant, merci à eux. Mohamed est au top ! il a organisé toutes nos activités afin d’optimiser au mieux notre temps, notre argent et profiter au maximum du pays. Merci également à Ahmada qui nous a accompagné et conduit lors de toutes nos activités. Grâce à lui nous avons pu parcourir le pays et développer notre culture. Je recommande les yeux fermés cette équipe qui est exceptionnelle ainsi que l’hôtel goldens pyramids inn qui bénéficie d’une vue panoramique a couper le souffle en face des pyramide depuis le rooftop. Lugar horrível

Fuja daqui. O dono e o gerente fazem assédio moral para receber mais dinheiro. Reservei um quarto com vista para as pirâmides mas exigiram 100 dólares pra fica no quarto. Como não paguei, me mudaram de quarto pra um inferior para as outras noites (se não concordasse, eles me colocariam pra fora do hotel e isso falado aos berros). Restaurante caríssimo: água 1 dólar, sanduíche 6 dólares. Fora do hotel tudo é 1/4 do valor. Passeios caríssimos (não aceitei). E o pior: recebi um e-mail dizendo que o pick up ou drop off seriam cortesia caso tivesse 3 noites ou mais reservadas. Nada disso: me cobraram 21 dólares. Staff intimidadora, ameaçadora e descortês (exceção: as senhoras do café da manhã). Nunca mais ponho os meus pés la e contra indico a todos.

Very noisy place

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the price. This hotel is EXTREMELY noisy. Noise from both outside, which you cannot do so much about, but also from inside which is the part I can't justify. The workers of the place were making extreme noises such as hammering at 22:00 and playing loud music way past sleeping time. The neighborhood is also full of stray dogs that bark constantly in the night. It was imposible to sleep and rest in this place. The room condition is, let's say, ready to be demolished. The toilets work if you know how to fix them, the shower leaks. Bring an extender cord to have enough electricity outlets. They tried to push and press us to buy tours from them and wouldnt take no for an answer. I felt uncomfortable here during all my stay. Also the internet was extremely crappy, it was like trying to surf in the 90's with a telephone modem. I felt trapped here without proper internet and with noise ALL THE TIME. The only good thing about this place is the view of the pyramids. They changed our room 2 days in of the 4 days we were staying, I don't know why, to a room that had no air conditioning. So there we were with no internet and no air conditioning with an outside temperature of 30 degrees. We had to press to get another room with air conditioning... And in the end when we left they demanded a tip for all the "help" we got...
