Not so comfort afterall. Room dirty, noisy tenants or outsiders loitering and drinking at car park. Worst of all, staff force you to pay deposit without notice knowingly you cant get a refund. Have to spend 30 min at reception to sort out stupidly unannounced clause at last minutes should be banned ffrom hotel.com for goodo sort out unclear

It was ok for a “beside the highway” cheap and cheerful hotel for a single night. Rough area around the hotel. The hotel room was clean but some aspects needed maintenance. The bathroom had been renovated recently, but the carpet and walls were stained. The table in the room had someone's name scratched into the surface with a knife. The bed was hard, but the sheets clean and neatly made. The room only had a bar-fridge and kettle. There was no microwave or toaster. Overall it was ok.

I was in the main building.The bathroom was beautiful and functional. The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were some people staying in the rooms outside the main building who made me uncomfortable- they seemed to be on drugs. However, where I was in the main building I felt comfortable and safe.

The receptionist was very quick in calling a cab to take me from hotel to Dandenong Station. He knew exactly how much the ride was going to charge me and to get to Melbourne airport by SkyLine Bus. Good man- he has been to California also!

Room was big enough & glad it was located in the main motel area. Staying with 2x small children & too many patrons staying in the units at the back of the complex that they dont need to associate with. Plenty of drunk people arriving at all times of the day. Saturday morning was woken by a domestic violence dispute that resulted in a man being arrested. 1 hour later 2x Ambulances were outside a unit
