Two stars due living in 37 degrees heat & the only way to stop the heating was to turn it off but the fuse. Trying to get into the property: The key safe instructions were fine but once opening the safe, the fob was missing. Tried contacting the apartment on the number provided via the link sent through WhatsApp but call would ring out. There were no responses to the WhatsApp messages we sent. The only way to speak to someone about gaining access to the building & the carpark was Google their website & then get put through to a different department who would then transfer you. The advice we were given was to wait by the doors of the building for someone else to leave/enter and tailgate inside so we could get into our room and retrieve the fob from there, & parking on double yellows. We were successful in doing this & when speaking to the representative we were told we would not get any money refunded but would get a £20.00 Amazon voucher, which we did receive. The story does not end there- when using the shower, the sliding door would not shut which meant we had to either hold it in place or shove something between the glass. It was very clear this property had been subjected to a police raid based on the damage to the door on both the outside & inside frame. The walls were dinged, scratched & dirty, as well as the previous guests having left dirty crockery/utensils in the dishwasher and floor were not clean. Twice before our checkout time we were woken by property staff.
