I've stayed here for 3 vacations to Japan, and the hotel quality and amenities - alongside the proximity to the Yamanote subway line - make it an excellent choice for a place to stay.

The room was clean and the selection of amenities was great (razor with shaving cream, towel), etc.. Also the safety feature of needing to swipe your room key in the elevator was much appreciated. The bountiful breakfast buffet and the very courteous staff at Cross-dine was wonderful. The lobby's beautifully decorated Christmas tree made for an impressive first impression. And finally, the location near to Yoshinoya, Family Mart, Lumine, Ike Bus & the train station was beyond convenient. Thank you Hotel Metropolitan for a memorable stay.

Very nice and easy location to travel around Tokyo. The neighborhood was very walkable and lots restaurants and mall options minutes away from the hotel .

Very polite, helpful staff. I chose this hotel for a couple of reasons. #1 There is a bus district from Haneda Airport, it’s a little expensive than taking a train but it’s helpful for me not carrying around a big suitcase in train station. #2 it’s a min away from Ikebukuro Station. It’s very convenient to access to take subway #3 they have laundry room, quite enough washing machines, I didn’t need to bring a lot clothes

Great stay

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Only issue was the gym was closed during my stay but other than that, everything was really great.
