Hotel Legends is clean, well‑maintained, and overall a nice property. Under different circumstances, I would consider staying there again. However, the issues I experienced with the front desk staff were overwhelming and extremely disappointing—especially considering I interacted with five different employees and the hotel manager, none of whom were able to resolve a very basic billing problem. The initial staffer encountered that night stated that Hotels.com messed my billing up. I advised the gentleman that Hotel Legends handled the charging of my card not Hotels.com. My issue with a charge 'On Hold' remains. When I mentioned disputing the charges with my credit card company, her response was, “Good luck with that - you won’t get it.” The tone was unnecessary and unprofessional.
