Ok... good parts first. The staff was very friendly, and made check-in super fast and easy. The water in my shower was hot, stayed hot, and had good pressure. The floors and counters were pretty clean, although the inside of the fridge and microwave should have been a bit better. Now, the unpleasant parts: The room was supposed to be a single king bed, but was 2 queens instead...not terrible, but it would have been nice if they were at least on frames instead of just sitting on the floor. The lights are on timers, so after doing my business and getting in the shower, the lights went out about halfway through the shower, and I had to get out to turn them back on. There was nowhere to hang the TP or even the towels. The one lamp, which stood in the corner was missing the shade, and was a bit weird to have on while trying to relax and watch tv. I didn't make use of the breakfast or pool area, so I cannot say whether they were good or not.

Under beds was so dirty- there was a pill and a pacifier- someone had left a jacket in the room. The bathroom was dirty and the toilets barely flushed. Breakfast was very limited and made us go other place because one of the family needed gluten free. Beds were so uncomfortable- but they did accommodate us with side by side rooms. But the staff needs training because we did the precheck in and they claimed their system was different and then they claimed they were the same but had no idea what we was talking about. Didn’t understand English very well.
