Do not book this hotel!

Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking.

Room was clean but paintwork and flooring need looking at. Strange selection of guests smell of cannabis coming through our first floor room and noisy guests up drinking all night next door. Fire alarm went off at 1am on the Tuesday then again at 3am on the Wednesday only to be told twice it was a false alarm. Not even an apology

Not great, very disorganised. We had a booking that should have been cancelled apparently as they had a school using the hotel. Made to pay when we arrived as they said they hadn’t had the money from OYO via Expedia… I will be looking into this when we get back. Rooms smell like old caravans, linen was clean but the toilet leaked, bear wires exposed. Generally not good impressions!!

Stay elsewhere

To start, The front desk representative wasn’t sure we’d have a room as the hotel often double books apparently. After a lengthy checkin, we were provided a room which DID NOT match the description or pictures. He assured us, they never had a room with a double and a single. Only a twin bunkbed and a double. The beds were not comfortable, the walls were thin and noise from people deciding to talk all night could be hard. The AirCon was not operational which led to the window needing to be open. Absolutely would not recommend. The entire place was dated and not as advertised

Room was clean but the window lock was broken and it didnt feel safe. The bed was the worse i have ever slept on. Rock hard like sleeping on the floor and 1 flat pillow each that didn't help either.
