It was a beautiful property. We had a nice, stylish room. Pool was gorgeous, too. Really wish they would’ve provided literally any free bee like coffee or two water bottles…. It was upsetting that everything was so pricy for the price we paid.

Good, not great.

The first encounter with the valet was chaotic. The front desk clerk was efficient, but not particularly engaging. The elevators needed a good vacuuming. There was a carpet under the bed that looked very nice, but a corner of it kept popping up, presenting a tripping hazard. You could see that they tried various tape methods to keep it down, but it wasn't working. The bathroom was very roomy and clean.

Great renovated old motel!! Super styley decor, great pool, the restaurant downstairs was killer for hotel eats. Room was roomy and comfy, bed was GREAT. Great stay.

I got to the hotel and there wasnt any poo arking for me because I was pulling a u haul trailer. I had to get another hotel. Not happy. I ended up staying 120 miles down the road in Santa Rosa. NM. Im about done with your website to book hotels. This isnt the 1st time this has happened.

Overall good, but could improve

The room looked as described, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I consider this to be most important and with that beign said... there are other things that could improve or hopefully help someone else make a decision. the valet service was not efficient, they took forever to get the car, but I don't think it is the workers fault, it is the system. They wait for you to tip online before they get the car. Our rooms were on the 6th floor, facing west, we stayed Fri-Sat nights. It was very loud at night, cars, people, sirens at times. I recommend a noise machine and earplugs. The fridge is stuffed with mini bar items, so there was no room for our stuff. We did not get to enjoy the pool since we were not there long, but it did look very nice. The property itself did feel safe-ish, with security on site. The area was nice, surrounded by a lot of activity at night.

The building, rooms and community space was beautiful. Traveling with kids seemed to be off-putting to staff, but overall we had a good time.

Traffic noise was impossible

Clean room but the noisy traffic was unbearable. Impossible to sleep. Anyone opening and closing their door was very loud as well. Booked a king bed but was given two doubles. They switched without calling so we “wouldn’t lose our reservation”. I would rather have cancelled and gone somewhere else but that was not an option. Worst experience I have had yet!!

Nice hotel but rooms were lacking basic details

Staff was great, pool area was super clean and comfortable, and valet team was amazing and so helpful. My only complaints are the room itself and that house keeping wasn’t easy to schedule so my room hadn’t been cleaned during my 5 day stay. The bathroom had no ventilation nor a fan so the whole room would get stuffy and damp while the shower was running even if the ac was on. The only rug in the room was an outdoor mat that got fibers everywhere, the nightstands had no drawers, and the lighting was really inefficient. The room was really dim even if all the lamps were on. Expect a lot of noise and drag racing on Friday nights but the room offers free earplugs.
