Dog hair, trash, almost empty soda bottle left on the floor by the bed, a whole ib the wall in a cabinet and it smelled like smoke like someone was blowing the smoke directly into our room!! Terrible! We got it for 2 night and we could not get a refund for the second night, the room was so bad we decided to just leave and lose our money.

Counter help was professional and versed. I completed my pre- checkin through the app. Once arrived, i was greeted nd was given my room entry cards within minutes of my check in.the outside court could use reglar rounds where the cleaning staff could empty the ash and trash barrels. Overall, a great experience.
