This has Wyndham’s name on it but it’s nowhere up to Wyndham standards. The room had a rate card for La Quinta from 2010 on the door. It does seem to be under renovation, but it’s far from done. My room was one of the recent renovated ones. Clean enough but reeked of paint. The hallways reeked of pee, the carpet was threadbare and stained, the doors seemed to be sourced from a Malaysian ship breaking yard. Doors didn’t fit the door frames. Horrible paint job in the room, seemed like the owner had a relative who does paint. Speaking of paint, the sink had huge paint drippings all over it. Curtains a foot too long for the window. Kleenex box sitting behind a hole in the wall. I’m sure the owner will reply here about how they take pride in the cleanliness, but apparently their definition of clean differs from mine, and probably Wyndham’s. I have photos of all of this.

Very dated hotel. Our room was not very clean. There was food left in the refrigerator, part of the door lock was broken, and there was only one towel in the bathroom for two guests checking in. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, or frozen microwavable sausage and cheese sandwiches. Would not stay here again.

Did preregistration online. I had already paid for room. I got there, they claimed they needed the credit card that had already been charged. Also asked for vehicle info, which I had alert done online. Then, I was asked for $100 damage deposit!!! I’ve never paid a deposit. First room no hot water, second room no hot water. Daytona Bike week, every motel in city is full. They said they’d discount room. I didn’t have much choice. I went out for evening, came back, pulled sheets down. There’s a hole in mattress!!! Luckily I had 2 beds. In morning I went to see manager. She told me I’d get discount of 15%. Wow $10. Big deal. I got home and checked credit card, no discount yet, but a second hold for $100 deposit!! I would never stay here again!!!!!

The area where my room was located was dirty. The paint on the doors was coming off. The guy during check in was very polite. The girl on the day of departure was not very nice. I asked if I could wait in the dining room for two hours and she said no, just one hour.

Arrived for a Nascar Race, was signed up for early check in, but room wasn't ready, no big deal. After the race, returned to the hotel, assigned a room. Walked in room, dog food all over the floor, no sheets on the beds and a total wreck. Went back to desk, no apology, assigned another room, facing the end of the airport runway. AC was making strange noises and the airplane engine noises were very loud.

Room and linen were clean. There was no toilet paper in the room. Had to go the office to get one. Later, went back to office to get a second roll. Manager complained that he already gave us one. Toilet not working properly, took 4 flushes to completely flush. Floor in bathroom looked as if the toilet had an overflow in past that was not totally cleaned. Poop stains. Microwave not plugged in. Had to move it to the bathroom.

We were hoping for early check-in, was not able to get it, and then after waiting till three, which we realize was the official check-in time, for a clean room, the room turned out to be not very clean at all, at least about what we would expect for a hotel bearing this name, the bathroom was very poorly lit as was much of the room itself. One of the beds had a support sticking out from the bottom of it. I could hear every sound throughout the building, particularly the slamming of the doors as people opened and closed them both to their rooms and to the exterior of the building. This was an unwelcome racket to be woken up to in the morning. We were only there for a single night so we didn’t use any of the amenities just because you have the cheapest prices around shouldn’t mean the quality of your business should reflect that.
