Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a disappointing lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere made it clear that the space had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The sheets were visibly dirty, failing to meet even basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition, appearing as though it had not been cleaned at all. This made me hesitant to use the facilities, particularly the toilet. Additionally, the towels looked as if they had already been used, simply folded, and placed back on the bed for reuse. Overall, I was left very dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness. I Left as soon as I arrived in the hotel not recommended to others!!!!!!! In addition to the concerns about cleanliness, I found that none of the amenities promised as part of the room offering were available. Essential items such as slippers, toiletries, and bathrobes, which were listed among the room’s features, were all missing.
