Noise, bad hotel and bad, bad customer service .

My experience was terrible , tha lady at the desk so rude , give me two bunket beds not two full size beds , i get there like 9pm for traffic on the road, no hot water , old tv with no signal , no phone line i feel like on the 60's plus the lady make me feel unwelcome they need more customer service training i think never come back to that place ..plus one team of kids play soccer 10:30 pm like on the roof of the room because they belong to one selection or team from there ...so i don't recommend this hotel for anuthing

Unfortunately our second stay was uncomfortable, inconvenient and left much to be desired. There were cockroaches in the room and had to be moved, that was the first time. Second room had an air conditioning unit that did not work, we asked the front desk to take a look at it and fix it at 6p, when we returned to our room at 930 it was still not working! It was 95f at night. They finally moved us rooms after about an hour and half of them trying to fixing unit and then finally agreeing to move us rooms again by then it was 1130. We waited almost an hour hoping air would kick in and it wasn’t working either ! Finally a about 1230 AM we moved to a 3rd room. The air conditioning did work however the shower only had a trickle of water and COLD, toilet didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work in order to call. Had to call from my cell phone and demanded they open a room we could use bathroom to shower, etc. by 1:30 AMwe were finally showered and in bed. the next day we woke up went to the other room two doors down to shower and moved to another hotel.

Un poco descuidado, hay que modernizar un poco, almohadas de pesima calidad, no se puede descansar, colchones viejos se sienten los resortes y el desayuno de cortesia para los que kos hospedamos mas de una semana deberia de ser variado, siempre es el mismo desayuno.
