Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the service left something to be desired. At one point, the on-site bar called and accused me of leaving without paying—even though I had never been there. They eventually realized they had the wrong room. Later, maintenance knocked on our door and entered before I could get there. When I asked what they were doing, they said they needed to fix the sink; I told them to leave, as the sink wasn’t broken. The main reception later called to apologize, explaining that they had given maintenance the wrong room. Although they apologized, mistakes like these should not happen at a high-quality hotel.
