Business trip- two nights. First night very quiet. Second night- hockey teams checked in, I was concerned about late night noise. Everyone was quiet before 10 pm. Getting fast food in the area is a bit of a drive, nothing close as far as that. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans is close though.

In over all, it was an excellent stay. One thing stood out above anything else, their breakfast, which was better than many restaurants. Keep it up!

The facility was fine, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating when we had to change rooms because the heater didn't work. This just was not your regular Hampton Inn quality. It seemed very old, perhaps a repurposed building? The pool had a sign that said, Pool is open but the heater is not working..... My boy was sad. One of the reason we stop at a hotel instead of pressing on home, is so my kids can enjoy a swim. One more thing I feel compelled to add, whenever I take the time to review a Hampton stay, is why do Hampton's place the eggs and hashbrowns in the same steam warmer as bacon or other pork products? How can you be so insensitive to Muslims, Adventists, Jews and Vegetarians? It makes the hashbrowns and eggs inedible for us.

I selected this hotel because of the price and its 4 star rating. But, the facility is very tired and worn. Regarding cleanliness, there were human hairs in multiple spots on the bathroom floor. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was very good.

The Hampton Inn was an affordable hotel choice that offered clean beds and bathroom for our family of five, great service (a roll-away bed was ready upon our arrival), and a complimentary, tasty, filling breakfast every morning. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our requests. The indoor pool was well maintained and our children enjoyed full use of it at the end of the day...
