There was an issue with the correct room to be allocated when we checked in on 21st Dec, they gave us a room without kitchen (as per our booking) and we had to fight our way to get the room that too after 1 day of stay in a different room. Also the room was dirty, and we saw few roaches as well. Stay can definitely be lot better than this, we were disappointed and left 1 day earlier than our checkout.
