Overall, I was happy with the room, but I was a little upset because I didn’t realize there was $100 hold on my account because when I looked at the about on Hotels.com, it never said that I checked into the hotel at 1:30 AM and checked out at 7:30 AM. I wasn’t even there a full 24 hours and I still got charged $100 but overall I didn’t have any issues with the hotel

The stay was ok. But it is the fact that i was fraudulently charged for a room that was suppose to be canceled due to a check in name not matching card information. Yet charged for room and refusing to refund my money.
