Had to make several trips back to the desk one key didn't work number two they didn't give me a remote control for the TV. Also a fun checking out I had to stand there in the lobby and wait until someone to come and check out the room before I was able to leave to he wanted my birthday all of that was on the passport so I didn't see why he needed it again so I gave it to him. Such a hassle to stay there.

I'd Stay Again

I had a drink at the bar on the first floor and the bartender was a friendly guy. The front desk is staffed 24hrs. The king size bed was humongous, but quite stiff. The room had a blacony, but the door was locked and so therefore the balcony could not be accessed. The room was extremely spacious. There was enough space in there to do a full workout. The wifi was steady and reliable. The shower had smoke vot water and good water pressure.

Over all my lodging was ok, if the hotel management read the comments this will be beneficial for them to know, rooms are noisy, the plant ornaments are cover in dust, the courts is are dirty and don't rol properly, in the restaurant only one person cooks and serves for any amenities you must leave a deposit

The bed was uncomfortable, we were denied utensil services in the restaurant, we had to provide our id's or 100 pesos to have the remote for the tv which we found it a strange service. No air conditioner, not breakfast service which I thought we might had avaliable.

The place seemed understaffed and neglected. Kind staff, nice workers. The area is near the historic center and Reforma if you know how to navigate the city. The neighborhood is a little scary. The city is like that in many areas. You can not avoid that. Great value for the money.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. I arrived a little late, only to find out that their system had canceled my reservation. I was exhausted and politely asked if I could get an extra room while they sorted out the issue, but they couldn’t help me at all. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get a partial refund through Expedia since I paid for a stay I never even got to have, but the hotel never answers their phone! It’s been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was appalling; the employees were outright rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel did not feel safe at all – there were intoxicated individuals roaming around, loudly shouting inappropriate things, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the rooms were in terrible condition. They were filthy, poorly maintained, and far from the standard one would expect. This stay was truly a nightmare, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and choose a hotel where you’ll feel safe and respected.

The staff was really rude , i got charge 200 pesos just to let my friend went to the bathroom because the restrooms in the reception didn't work they were outhl of service, the inside of the hotel had a really bad smell and also let dont let you donthe check in untill 3pm , even if you paid more to do it 1 hrs earlier.

It's the worst hotel for the value that you can find, there was dried yellow and orange pee stains in the rim of the toilet, the tv never worked, carpet and sofa had weird stains, dvd was super dusty, it haa paper thun walls, I advised the staff of this and they stated there was no option to change rooms, I reported the issues about 40 mins after check in since I went to the "restaurant" to order, they stated everything needs to be reported within 10 minutes or they will do nothing about anything... no cancelations and no cleaning staff, they only offered to send the guard to clean the toilet with a dirty rag and pink liquid, they had no disinfectant nor cleaning supplies, the whole hotel is dusty and they never turn the lobby, parking lot nor the restaurant's lights, the staff is rude and they honestly dontcare about complaints nor offer any real solutions, please do not stay in this hotel, they will never give your money back nor offer any assistance. This was honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, had to leave within the first of the 3 nights I payed for and they didn't help with any type of refund.

So far this hotel has been the worst we have stayed in during this trip to Mexico City. The worst part was what seem to be bedbugs, I took photos of the bites on my child and my husband. They were also infested in mosquitoes and it was burning hot. We asked for a fan and they said there were none available and that they would put us on a waiting list. However, we never got a call letting us know there was a fan available. They were also infested in roaches, when we came back from dinner and turned on the lights, we noticed there were cockroaches in our bed. Mexico City is a beautiful city. However, if you’re coming to town, please do not stay in this hotel. I am opening a report with Expedia because this has been the only time that we have been bit by insects, and I hope this matter is resolved.

The hotel is located at a good location but the building is so old. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the metress was so uncomfortable. The overall lighting inside the hotel was also very bad. I think it's not worth as per the prices.
