The pool was great, plenty of seating. House keeping was amazing. Checking in was one of the worst, very busy and slow only 2 working, got to the room they put us in the first night, which was not the room we booked because they over booked, and the key wouldn't let us in and the room was dirty; floors not swept, someone else saver in the bathroom. After we moved the next day the room was great, clean and great view. The housekeeper for this room was amazing. People at the customer service desk were very helpful and location was great.

We had a wonderful time at the Melia all inclusive hotel. Comfortable room with a beautiful view of the garden beach, and city beyond, we enjoyed the attention to detail by the staff. The grounds are expansive and lush with greenery. Dining was delicious and varied., with a number of options available. The hotel itself is in a great location, just minutes from the airport and a very short walk to the Marina and numerous shopping and restaurants. Above all the staff was very friendly and generous, particularly in terms of dining and childcare. We have a 13-month old and the staff was very accommodating and flexible in terms of assisting and looking after our daughter. 10/10 and we hope to return for another tropical family getaway soon!

Excellent service all around. Check-in staff were professional and friendly. The waiters, bartenders, and house keeping staff were courteous and attentive. Manager Hector Carrillo truly makes you feel welcomed.. I will be back and highly recommend this resort
