It was a wonderful stay. The view from our room was very nice and the giraffes were right in front of us. Dinner, breakfast and two tours were included. Services were excellent!

Loved the whole experience. Staff were amazing. Food amazing. We had two days there which we felt were needed. Spread the unique tours over 2 days instead of cramming and had time to drive round the main zoo. Expensive but worth every penny and not expensive considering inclusions and service. Thoroughly recommend. Note no wifi in lodges but there is in main guest house. A bit of a walk from car if you have a lot of luggage, not that convenient (we are older people)

The tours included with the zoofari was excellent. The staff were friendly, some were very knowledgeable others very inexperience. The worse part was the included dinner. The tours are amazing. Special shout out to Helen and Kate for the amazing safaris. Food was meh. Dinner was tiny portions of frozen food, our family was still hungry. And dessert was literally two spoons of a frozen cafe style dessert. They need to work on the meals, especially since it is announced as “chef prepared to order” food. Breakfast was much better. For the price I was expecting good meals. Wouldn’t do it again

Disappointing as this stay and whole experience used to be so much better. Food portions were so tiny, entree size and there's no way you can still try and call this an African Banquet. So many changes most definitely not for the better.

We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent all our free time watching the animals from our deck. The tours were great and were an important aspect of the overall wonderful experience. The zoo was fantastic too and certainly not to be missed by anyone.
