Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price.
On top of that, the hotel demanded a cash deposit at check-in, which was never mentioned on the website. When I refused, they asked to keep my passport as a guarantee, which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall, this hotel is misleading, poorly managed, and does not meet even basic hospitality standards. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
