It was my first time booking a hotel on Expedia. The experience was good. There were two front desks downstairs. I checked in smoothly. Although my English was not very good, I was very patient in explaining and introducing! The room was clean, bright, comfortable and spacious! The overall environment and cost performance were very good! Toiletries were also available! But there were no disposable slippers. It was also good to have carpet in the room.

Comfy for a short stay

Comfortable place to stay. Stayed twice this last week and it works for a short stay. I was out all day so it didn’t affect me but there was no water yesterday and today at about 10-11am as O was going out. Don’t know if it was a general area problem

Decent, no frills, but good price

First off, the staff is awesome. The hotel itself has some wear and could use a refresh, but if you don't mind a few rough edges, it is fine. I did opt to change rooms as the first room assigned had a lingering scent which was unappealing to me. Desk attendant was understanding and accommodated my room change request. Small workout center if you want to take advantage and it is close to the airport.

Save your money.

This is far from the crown jewel of the Wyndham family. It is a crap hole. The front desk clerks are absolutely lovely and the best part of the entire hotel, other than the folks who clean (trying to put lipstick on a pig). The exterior signage is not lit up at all. You cannot see it from the road. The repairs were done by 1st year shop students. The halls were smeared in some type of fluid. The lobby door doesn't open all of the way, which is a fire escape hazard. There has been significant water damage at some point. What has happened to this once beautiful hotel is a travesty. The people are trying but there is not much they can do when the foundation they are working with is trash. Wyndham, do better! You have a practically brand new place across the street that looks awesome!

When we got to the room, there was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The pillows are little squares. Very outdated. Small bathroom.
