De kamer was prima, echter geluids dicht totaal niet 😅. De eerste avond heb ik prima kunnen horen dat de buren het leuk hadden en de volgende ochtend kon ik een serie mee luisteren. Wel super fijn dat er privé parkeerplaats is voor een mooie prijs. Alleen moet de bel gerepareerd worden. Ben ervoor naar binnen gelopen aangezien niemand open deed. Ontbijt was simpel maar heerlijk en paar geluk gehad dat broodjes net uit de oven kwamen

Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Teppich war sehr fleckig, ein Bettbezug war schmutzig, die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut. Des Weiteren, sind die Wände so dünn, dass man die Geräusche im Nebenzimmer deutlich hört, normale Unterhaltungen konnte man hören, auch die Lüftung aus dem anderen Zimmer konnte man deutlich hören, der Schlaf war daher kurz. Natürlich hätte ich dies beim Check-Out ansprechen können, aber die desinteressierte und unfreundliche Rezeptionistin hat mich doch abgehalten. Schon beim Check In gab es Probleme, bei einem vorherigen E-Mailkontakt habe ich angefragt, ob ein früher Check In möglich wäre, dies wurde bestätigt, dennoch wollte die „freundliche“ Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In mir nicht mal zuhören, erst ihre wirklich nette Kollegin hat sich dem Problem angenommen und das frühere Einchecken ermöglicht.

Our room was not very clean. There were stains on walls, bedding and the floor. The bathroom was clean but had a horrible smell (was unsure if this was just the sewers). The soundproofing was also really poor, the room next door we could hear nearly every single noise, and someone snoring during the night.

Although the hotel itself was okay, the experience here cost is way more than we bargined for. I made a mistake with booking, as it was an overnight flight, and we lost a day in travel. When we showed up for the reservation we were told that we were late, and only then did I realize my mistake. We were less than 24 hours into our reservation and the person at the front checked us in right away (for what I thought was the rest of the reservation). When it was time to checkout, we were BILLED an additional $100Euro, which was $179CAD (which is on top of the $335CAD we'd already paid to Expedia). The receipt also showed a refund that was applied to a credit card that is not ours.

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist ca. 7 Minuten von der U/S-Bahn Ostbahnhof entfernt, von wo man sehr schnell im Zentrum von Frankfurt ist. In der Umgebung des Hotels sind fussläufig auch Cafè's und Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Hotel has went downhill.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago so decided to book again. This time was with 3 friends as we were over training Jiu-jitsu. On Sunday morning (3rd August) the girl on the desk was rude and spent the time on her phone chatting to friends while looking at makeup tutorials. We were an inconvenience to her when checking out and asking to store luggage. Each night there were A LOT of people in the corridors running rampage all night. Singing, banging doors, going up and down the elevator. The breakfast was absolutely terrible this time compared to the previous time. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't stay here again and would avoid if you value your sleep. Pillows aren't comfortable nor is the mattresses. 2 beds pushed together. The carpet throughout the hotel is filthy too. The location is positive though.
