I've been traveling my whole life and this is the first time that I stayed in a motel where the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the only restaurant in walking distance is a really nice breakfast place but it's only open for breakfast, or a McDonald's. This is also the first place I've ever stayed in where there's no closet of any kind and there's nowhere in the bathroom or anywhere to hang a shirt or a jacket. I hung my shirt on the telescoping handle of my luggage. They provide the world's tiniest bars of soap and there's nowhere in the the shower to actually put the soap. This is a place that would be okay for construction crews where their bosses are are trying to save money. The morning coffee is actually better than expected. The family that runs the place is actually quite respectful and nice but this motel is only appropriate if you've run out of money.

The facility was undergoing a complete remodeling and when I got there, the roof was being replaced. Inside the rooms, it had recently been repainted and all the fixtures replaced with new ones. So, it was still quite busy while I had my stay, but the staff was willing to provide help when needed. Note that the location was at a very busy location with lots of traffic. Interestingly, it was quieter during the night than I thought it might be. There was a pancake house next door, within a couple hundred feet, that you could walk to.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is very comfy. Easily walkable to IU Memorial Stadium and close to downtown. Very nice stay and great experience.

A not very clean motel, with cigarette burns in the curtain, hair in the sink and some previous guest’s name tag stuck to the wall. There were also flies in the room.

My experience was terrible. Staff at front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The worst was the room cleaning less. The bedding had fresh blood stains and hairs. The bathroom walls with buggers on the walls. And I paid $240 for one night. I would NOT recommend staying here.
