Very disappointed in this hotel. It was dirty and very poorly maintained. I went out to the pool area to relax and a lounger chair literally broke when I sat on it, I’m a thin athletic built male. Elevator felt very unsafe with one of them having a panel held on/closed with duct tape. Do not rely on the airport shuttle service to get there after landing, they tell you to meet between gates 7 and 33 on the departures level, after waiting nearly 3 hours and countless phone calls to the front desk about where the shuttle is exactly and where to meet I finally got an Uber, of course with no reimbursement even through they failed to adequately provide a service they advertised.

No clear directions for airport pick up-called amd was informed to call on arrival for door pock up. No one answered tje phone ever-never saw a shuttle. Upon arrival informed no hot water . We were not happy with our stay … asked to be in contact with management.front desk would not give us direct info and insisted they would contact us …. They haven’t. We are requesting a full refund for this stay. No soap No face cloths 2 small towels only. Rooms not ready on time (supposed to be 3pm … was almost 4pm) No space to hold luggage prior to check in. The was Lobby full of angry people waiting creating a Hostile environment. Shuttle driver drove past people Waving him down. Elevator doors stuck and the elevator jumped making us feel unsafe. Child threw up in the pool and front desk couldn’t care less … never came to clean it up. Just an awful stay all around !!

I’ve been in 3rd world countries that are better. They slapped on new paint, drapes and bedding but everything else was warm out and disgusting. The hallways were filthy. The front desk were great people. They say Airport shuttle but only leaves every hour with another pick up. We took an Uber.

Filthy dirty room. Floor not swept or mopped. Hairs all over the tub inside and out and on the toilet seat. Poop splatters all over the toilet. Dirt on counter. Stained sheets. Dirt in ice bucket. Room was dirty. Hair in the tub, dirty floors, tv didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk for a wash cloth. Was only given a pool towel to use as a hand towel. Purchase cracker jacks as a snack only to find them stale and expired. Breakfast was very disappointing. Waffle tasted stale. They were out of coffee, juice and oranges. When I asked to talk to a manager the response was there wasn’t in. Same reply the following day. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
