The staff member Mickey went above and beyond for my kids. I will say tho it was nerve wracking chocking in and seeing a child birthday party being set up in the lobby. It was hard to enjoy the pool and game room because of the party and we were only here for one night.

We stay at the Fenwick Inn every year - sometimes twice a year. This has been for 405 years at least. We always have such a clean room, the pool being inside is amazing when it is raining or cold out, the breakfast is great. However, this time when we went we had a slight miscommunication that really put a damper on the whole trip. I called before booking to ask about adjoining rooms. They said they could not guarantee it. Understandable. I booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. I called the hotel directly to say I knew they could not guarantee it but asked if they could note my account that we'd like to be adjoining or next to each other. They informed me I booked the wrong rooms for adjoining but could make a note to put us next to each other. They ended up putting us almost a complete hallway apart - just on the same floor. It was very disappointing. Then the front desk guy was very rude about my request to be close to each other. This was in December and we never saw anyone near us the whole time we were there - so doubtful that they couldn't put us a little closer together.

Room was nice....nice layout and it was clean/ready upon our arrival. It's close to everything we like in the area including the Winterfest of Lights and also the restaurants that we enjoy going to. Only complain about the room was faucet in the tub; when you turned on the shower, the faucet still poured out from the bottom so pressure was just ok. Being elderly my husband and I would have like handrails in the tub/shower area; but not a deal breaker. Like the restaurant upstairs for a nightcap before heading to bed. Ample parking which is always nice. All in all it was a good stay and we definitely would be more than happy to stay there again

Our little princess loved her room too. It was nice being a pet friendly hotel. We are lucky as she is quiet, very well trained.

It was very comfortable, recently renovated and clean! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Very large pool and hot tub and our 4 year old loved the splash pad! Would definitely stay again!

Always convenient to other restaurants in the area. We were on the "dog" floor with our small dog. Seems like some people still seem inclined to leave their large dogs alone which incessantly bark. Only other nitpick is that the rear lobby door from the back was malfunctioning and you had to walk around the building to get into the hotel. The 10/17-19 weekend was very busy. Otherwise it's always a decent place to stay. Oh, one more thing. The QR code for the restaurant menu wasn't obvious in the room. Maybe have the menu at least on the website or a printed version in the rooms. Not all quests are "QR" savvy. We didn't even see it until checkout time... Thanks again !

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. My family and I, LOVE IT!!!!!!! Close to everything, yet not in the middle of it all. Just across the street from the beach. As long s my family wants to go to Ocean City in the summer. We will be staying here.

The hotel was very nice and rooms were appealing. We booked a King room with premium view. The room had ceiling plaster falling down, but they moved us to another room right away. The premium view was of the street out front, you could see a sliver of the ocean. I thought it would be bayside for a view of the sunset, but now I know to ask for that specifically. Too many surrounding buildings block the view.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are really hard, but fine for a weekend. It’s really weird, but you don’t have microwave in the room. Each floor has a community microwave. Pretty strange. The “free breakfast” is probably the weakest I’ve seen-pre made sandwiches, cereal bowls, bananas, and waffle maker.
